Men's Sacred Circle Theme: 

Activating Your Heart Chakra

A two hour workshop to tune into your personal love power and connect with other heart-centered men* (all male identified individuals welcome).

You can expect to be seen, heard, understood, respected, loved. 

There will be light yoga movement, mantras, breath work, group discussion, and guided meditation to activate the heart chakra with intentional container opening and closing.
