A Sacred Brotherhood Circle is an extraordinary environment to move in and around a topic for a transformative effect with heart-centered brothers committed to personal development. 

Sacred (adjective): a unique or extraordinary environment to have a transformative effect on one's life and destiny

Brotherhood (noun): a group of kindred male individuals linked by a common interest

Circle (verb): to move all the way around, especially more than once

I see men who are wanting to expand their emotional capacity and find balance in what it means to be a man who is strong with vulnerablity and resilience.

But, unfortunately too often the primary or only people men have to turn to for emotional support are women.

So I've started Sacred Brotherhood Circles to serve as an intentionally facilitated digital space for male identified individuals to talk about what is really going in their lives with other heart-centered men who care about being the best versions of themselves. 

Sacred Brotherhood Circles are for male identified individuals who are committed to personal development and exploring their relationships with topics that we are craving to talk about and know we are not alone.

Expect to be seen, heard, understood, challenged, respected, loved, and develop tools for self mastery.

Every circle will have an intentional container setting with agreements, introductions, individual check-ins, self-development tools, and group discussion with intentional container closing for a transformative experience.

Each meeting utilizes a unique mix of archetypes, Yogic movements, breathwork, meditations, mantras (primordial sounds), and mudras (energetic hand gestures) for the chakra that supports the topic.
