In this 90-minute initial consultation you’ll clarify your purpose for improved wellness, identify areas of imbalance (vikruti), discover your natural constitution (prakruti aka elemental makeup), and receive personalized recommendations to improve your well being. Kyle will develop a personalized plan that is realistic for you and your body, mind, & spirit wellness that includes diet and lifestyle recommendations. You’ll leave with an improved understanding and tangible actions you can take to help your energy work for your purpose, not against it. *This is for first-time clients.* What to expect: 1) Schedule your consultation. 2) Fill out your holistic intake assessment prior to your meeting.
