*This is for clients who've done an initial consultation within the past year.* In this 60-minute follow-up consultation, you'll review your progress since the previous meeting, where you share any changes, challenges, or improvements in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The session provides an opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarification, and deepen your understanding of Ayurvedic principles.
